Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #400

Hello and thanks for giving us this fab challenge.Here's a spring time birthday card. The first layer is a die-cut which I have stencilled with four inks. The banner and the sentiment are die-cuts. The banner is coloured with the same inks as the layer.
